Projects from my professional experience
Built an internal platform with REST APIs, authentication, containerization and cloud deployment to centralize IT and asset workflows.
Built an access-request automation workflow that determines the appropriate approver using employee and organizational data maintained in the HRMS portal or Excel, reducing manual approver identification and standardizing the request process.
Developed an internal Slack support bot that analyzes queries, provides contextual responses and creates Jira tickets when IT intervention is required.
Built a platform integrating multiple SaaS applications with HR data to identify active-user discrepancies and automate recurring reconciliation.
Developed scheduled monitoring for suspension events and automated group removal, sign-in-cookie clearing and OAuth-session removal for qualifying inactive accounts.
Developed a centralized portal that enables helpdesk teams to manage user identities and access across multiple SaaS applications from a single interface, eliminating the need to log in to individual administrative consoles.
